Situated in the west side of newly-built Xincheng Housing Estate, and the north side of Liuxin Road, the project covers an area of about 13.88 mu, with a gross area of approximately 8,451 square meters. With a plot ratio of 0.88 and a green rate of 25%, the construction contents include the north square, A/B commercial entities, a marking tower, and the central square. The project consists of inner-street commerce and outer-street commerce, and is constructed in the model of the container-style street.
