项目占地约300-500亩，位于国际港务区产业功能区核心地段，紧邻地铁14号线。 周边布局有中西部陆港金融小镇、物联网产业园、国家级广告产业园、新丝路国际电商产业园等重点产业项目，及梦想公社、政务服务中心等重要服务配套。 该项目将涵盖双创园区、智慧街区、商业住宅等多种业态，孵化并引入一系列创新创业企业，大力推动文创、智能制造、大数据运营、互联网+等产业升级，打造成为集创业、办公、生活、娱乐等配套为一体的特色众创基地。 同时，项目可充分依托园区重点产业优势及资源，关注现代物流、电子商务、口岸贸易、新金融、文化体育产业等领域，以园区现有物业作为载体，为中小型企业搭建可持续发展的智慧成长平台，运营面积可达5000平方米以上。
Covering an area of approximately 300-500 mu, the project is located in the core area of the park’s Industry Functional Area, next to Line 14 of Xi’an Metro. It is surrounded by some key industrial projects, includingMidwest Inland Port Financial Town, IoT Industrial Park, National Advertising Industry Park, and New Silk Road International E-commerce Industrial Park, with such important supporting services as Dream Commune and the Service Center for Governmental Affairs. Covering a variety of business forms, such as the innovation and entrepreneurship park, the smart street, and commercial residences, the project, with the incubation and introduction of a series of innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises, is aimed at vigorously promoting the industrial upgrading of cultural innovation, intelligent manufacturing, big data operation and Internet plus, so as to build a characteristic base for mass entrepreneurship and innovation with the combination of entrepreneurship, official business handling, life and entertainment. Meanwhile, depending on advantages and resources of key industries in the park, the project can focus on such fields as modern logistics, E-commerce, port trade, new finance, and the cultural and sports industry, to provide an intelligent growth platform for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of the park’s existing property. The operation area can reach over 5,000 square meters.
