项目主要定位为各类高技术、生产性、科技型企业提供国际检验检测与标准化认证服务，致力于以专业的检验检测和认证服务推动陕西乃至整个“一带一路”沿线经济、环境和社会的和谐共赢，为企业、政府及机构提供全方位可持续发展解决方案。项目位于西安综合保税区内，建筑面积20000平方米，主要包括企业办公区域、会议、培训场所以及用于企业开展基本检验检测的实验室。
The project is intended to provide international inspection, testing and standardized certification service for high-tech producers and technology companies. We are committed to promoting the economic, environmental and social harmony and win-win outcome for Shaanxi and other cities on the routes of the “Belt& Road” Initiative with professional inspection, testing and certification services and providing all-round sustainable development solutions for companies, government and other institutions. The project is located in the Xian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, with a floor area of 20,000 square meters. It includes office premises, meeting halls, training rooms and laboratories for companies to conduct basic inspection and testing.
