“‘长安号’国际货运班列，是陕西、西安落实共建‘丝绸之路经济带’战略构想，打造‘丝绸之路经济带’新起点的重要抓手,自2013年11月28日首发以来，已累计开行648列，实现每天2—3班的常态化开行。目前，“长安号”国际货运班列已开行西安至中亚五国、汉堡、华沙、布达佩斯、莫斯科、科沃拉、伊朗德黑兰等八条线路。西安国际港务区借鉴PPP模式，确定了“全面对接市场，一企一线”的运营思路，引进实力物流企业以承包运营线路的方式共同参与班列运营，已与招商局集团、大陆桥公司等物流企业展开深入合作，全力促进班列加密开行，共同打造国际物流枢纽节点。
Changan International Freight Railway Service is an important project for Shaanxi and Xi’an to put into practice the vision of building Silk Road Economic Belt and to build the new start of the Silk Road Economic Belt. Since it came into service on November 28, 2013, we have run accumulatively 648 trains. Currently, there are 2-3 trains running each day. There are in total 8 routes for the service connecting Xi’an to the five countries in central Asia, Hamburger, Warsaw, Budapest, Moscow, Kouvola and Tehran. Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park adopted the PPP model and the operational method of “connecting with the market and delegate the authority to run one route to one company”. We invited strong logistics companies to join in the operation of the routes of the railway service by contract. We are engaged in cooperation with logistics companies like China Merchants Group and Land-bridge Co., Ltd., and are working hard to increase trains running the service and build international logistics hub and node.
