国家广告产业园是由国家工商总局组织设立的广告战略实施项目，是由国家财政专项扶持的“创新型聚集式”产业发展模式，旨在促进中国广告企业做大做强，提升国际竞争力、影响力，推动广告业健康、协调、可持续发展。陕西国家广告产业园是最早获批“国家广告产业园区”称号的九大园区之一目前该项目被列为“中国文化产业重点项目”、“陕西省文化产业示范项目”、“西安市重点建设项目”、“西安市建设丝绸之路经济带重点项目”。
项目建设内容和规模：陕西国家广告产业园项目位于西安国际港务区核心地段，北至柳新路，南至向东路，东到港务大道，西接规划路，项目总规划用地800亩，项目一期占地135亩，主要包括企业总部聚集区、广告博物馆、创意街区、创业孵化大厦、广告四新研发大厦，以及中小企业金融服务平台、西北影视广告视觉特效中心、广告业云计算大数据中心等平台项目。

"National advertising industry park" project by the State Administration for Industry and commerce organization set up the implementation of the advertising strategy, it’s supported by the state finance special of "innovative aggregation" mode of industrial development, to promote China's advertising business bigger and stronger, to enhance the international competitiveness, influence, and promote the healthy, coordinated and sustainable development of the advertising industry. Shaanxi national advertising industry park is one of the earliest approved the "national advertising industry park" One of the nine park at present the project is listed as "China's cultural industry key project", "Shaanxi Province culture industry demonstration project", "Xi'an city key construction projects", "Xi'an city built the Silk Road economy with key projects.”
Content & Scale：The project of Shaanxi national advertising industrial park is located in Xi'an International Port District, the core area, north to Liu Xin Lu, South to the East, east to Port Road, West meets road planning, projects with a total planned area of 800 acres, project covers an area of 135 acres, mainly including enterprise gathering area headquarters, advertising Museum, creative block, business incubator building, advertising four new R & D center, and financial service platform for SMEs, northwest television advertising visual effects center, advertising cloud computing data center platform project.
