项目建设内容和规模：西安港电子商务孵化园项目建设分布在西安国际港务区主干道港务大道及秦汉大道核心区域，主要包含四大功能区:企业孵化区、培训区、研发生产区、展示区，为中小型企业提供产业配套、政策扶持和运营支持的全方位服务。

（3）研发生产区：产品研发区占地约5000平方米，将建设标准化的研发场地及生产厂房，为入驻企业提供更大的研发和生产空间，同时，吸引更多已经具有相当规模的企业落地园区，推动园区物联网产业快速形成示范、聚集效应。

Content & Scale：The “Road and Belt”Xi’an Port E-commerceIncubation Center project is located on the main road of ITL and the core area of Qinhan avenue, and it mainly includesfour major functional zones: business incubation zone、training zone、R & D and production zone、exhibition zone, and they provide a full range of industrycomplement、policy support and operational support services for small&medium enterprises.
